How much should one ask for this role?
Initial communication gave "no bar for right candidate" but considering they are looking for 5 person job in one role, what should be appropriate compensation?
Hi all. I have been applying for jobs for the past few months. I got interviewed by a European company wanting to open a branch in Mumbai. I met the founder chairman in Person at Hilton Hotel. The role requires me to look after everything starting from searching for an office space to hiring and leading a team and ultimately developing projects. This would require me to go beyond general work hours and work with an owner mindset rather than an employee mindset. The company has major clients in the middle east with revenue upwards of USD 8 million. How much should I ask for this kind of role?
Seems a ling way from going public so try to get major chunk in form of fixed income. This role will def take a toll on you but if you are up for it dont shy away from asking out for decent comp.
Now if I would have been in your shoes :
