How much should I expect as a fresher?

My qualifications: Bsc Statistics, from one of the top 3 colleges of South Mumbai. CGPA till sem5: 7.69(Had a gap of 1 year between 1st n 2nd year due to family troubles) R(dplyr, tidyverse) , Python(panda, polars, pyspark) , SQL, Tableau, Ms Excel, SPSS, KNIME. Just completed a certification in "Data analysis in Databricks with SQL" Pursuing a certification in Synapse and Alreryx too ( will complete alteryx by next weekend) learning mongodb as well. Good statistical knowledge, intermediate predictive ML knowledge Projects: -Quantitative Analysis of 2 portfolios using R (sharpio, CAPM, downturn etc) . -Statistical Testing of Happiness Index. -Zomato Analysis for Business owners. -Statistical Analysis on Starbucks survey.

  • Automated Redemption Analytics for mutual fund firms using Python Few more in Tableau, PowerBI, R, SQLite

Work ex: -4 months of freelancing with an IT consultancy firm serving phd, master level clients building statistical models. -1 Client on upwork, performed statistical analysis. -5 months internship at a pharmacovigilance startup ( considerably known in the pharmacovigilance world) as a R Programmer. -Pursuing a 6 month internship(data science) at Tata Securities Limited as one of the few undergrad interns at the firm ever. Activities; Founding Student head of college's entrepreneurship cell. Living in Mumbai. How much should I expect as a fresher? Pls help me, I want to be in the finance domain.
