How’s the wlb, culture at Enphase Eneegy Bangalore

Wlb : Depends on the role. PMs are definitely occupied till late night due to meetings, so hardly see any wlb there.
Design and dev teams are relatively chiller. But yes, certain days will be fully packed.

Culture : What culture? doesn't exist in its dictionary. No such thing as culture here honestly. Just earn money and go back to sleep. Probably one of the shittiest HR here. Hardly do anything in terms of team outings, team bonding activities.
