how to be more productive?

fellow engineers, what tools or hacks are you guys following to be more productive?

i am using todoist and keep notes to keep track of my tasks but often missing them and not able to be consistent as there are tons of tasks to get done which require atleast 3-4 subtasks.

i have tried pen+paper, it is a little better, but still looking for some better options, please help me out!
