How to break into VC as a fresher out of college?

I'm currently in my third year, and interested in a career in venture capital. What are my chances of getting into one, and is it even a wise decision?

I'm in a DU college, and will give CFA L1 in February. Have previously interned at an incubator, and an impact fund.

Connect with partners. Find interesting deals and send it to them with a short thesis note. You'll def get noticed from the clutter.

VitalTwins95 makes a good point. However, the truth is it is highly improbable to get into VC with no prior investing or startup history. Most people are recruited laterally, or at least after an MBA. A good entry point to enter into VC circles is to do internships and start out as an Analyst for boutique IB firms conducting debt and equity financing from PE and VCs for growth stage startups. A shift to PE would naturally make more sense after gaining experience in the industry to any hr.
