How to crack >=25LPA From a Tier 2 MBA in Bangalore.I am ready to work hard to the hell to crack these kind of packages

Even after getting a good percentile in CAT I didn't receive any interview calls from IIM's.But decided to move forward with a Tier 2 MBA in Bangalore.I am the topper of my batch and have worked hard to improve my skillset in various areas.I am determined to crack higher packages in the upcoming placement season.How to go about this?
