How to decide if ESOPs Grant are enough.

If someone's pay in pre IPO startup - (1-2 year away Unicorn) is 1.3 cr in cash component and if they receive 1.6 cr worth of ESOP having 4 year vest. Is that ESOP grant enough. Employee is in corporate, non-tech role.
