Have a few cousins who are passing out in a month time, they've got the analytical skills - SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau.
Problem is they're applying for roles on LinkedIn, Naukri but no responses so far from last 2 months, what are some other strategies that can help them get jobs?

Hard to get internships unless you try through your University's PAT office or through referrals. They'd have better chances if they have made some projects that have some real world applications. If you live in Bangalore try to go to the office and asking if there are any offers, not sure if this is right tho. Also try applying directly on a company's career page instead of LinkedIn or try cold makls
Analytics has lot of supply but less demand. I also struggled 1 year to get job as a data analyst.
