I am from Tier-I CSE grad, working in startups since college. Not sure why, but never have my resume got shortlisted in MSFT and Amazon. I am not sure what they try to find in my resume, or whether they even look at it or not. One thing I am sure is I can crack their interviews 4 out of 5 times. I have even cold-emailed managers and recruiters but they don't even reply. Any suggestions?
Talk to someone in similar role in Amazon. Ask them to genuinely evaluate your profile. If they find some things, take that as feedback. If not, ask them to refer you
