WFH coding monitor
I am looking for a 27inch monitor under 30k for WFH with less eye strain . Can anyone please suggest any?
Bought LG Ultragear 27GP850 during Diwali sale from Amazon but didn't use it as I was in college. Moved home this month and started using the monitor. Major screen time is spent coding by macbook and playing PS5 games. When I'm coding my head starts feeling heavy. The same is the case while playing games but intensity is less maybe due to screen distance or color calibration. When done the same on my macbook there is no such headache. I tried using blue glasses but the pain intensity increases after wearing it even reducing brightness won't help. What are the other ways to get rid of headaches and eye strains? If you have any suggestions for any glasses please share but link. Thanks a lot😄.
Other than what comments will suggest, try taking frequent breaks, take a walk and get back at it again
