How's Darwinbox culture and WLB?
Gone through their Glassdoor pretty mixed but there are people who are there under 1 year all of them citing no WLB and culture issues.
Got pretty mixed reviews on Glassdoor. Would love to know your opinion

Toxic in what sense? Actually this company has come to our campus recently for placements as an Intern role. I would really love to get to know more details about the same
The CTO is a goon. And the co-founder who heads product is a dumb child.
The CTO uses abusive language (F words) in meetings. Sycophancy is rewarded in Darwinbox. People who are close to him do not need to work. Some of them even vape while in office.
They recently laid off their AI team. There is nobody there to do AI development, their AI features are crashing left and right. Ironically they're advertising themselves as an AI powered HR tech company.
Some of my friends worked there, had really bad experience with their managers as the place was quite toxic as per them
