Culture at Cred
How's the culture in Cred? Especially in Product/Data teams? And where are they from layoff standpoint?
I read that their CAC went down by a lot. Good financials. But whats the catch? Interviewing with them right now for a marketing role.
Cred has two parts to think about. The world Kunal cares for inside and the world he doesn’t. Most people in Cred have no work to do. The lending business is making good money finally. Tech is lazy , overpaid and largely invisible to Kunal. It’s also run by political animals so you have to be in their good books to survive. No one gets laid off. But you may die from boredom. Kunal manages to sell and raise valuation. He also shares wealth with employees. So - join it but be realistic what to expect.
