I know you won’t be in the mood to hear anything apart from Money, but this is my own experience how I handled the situation.
I am also IT employee and I was in same situation with 50L+ debt five years before… But closed almost everything, currently have 2L+..
In my experience, there is no one will come to rescue you… Even your friends, relatives and colleagues.. This is not a bad, because everyone fight with their own burden.. So, don’t wait for someone.
Better negotiate with your lender, could be bank, private finance or local people.. Ask time and convey that you are ready to pay with interest. Instead of requesting them, offer them to pay with full interest as long as you delay…
Repeat one thing continuously, Raise your hands and tell them this is what you can do as long as they go any extreme.
Make them believe that you will pay amount, even it takes times.
Even any kind of worst financier in the world, he need one thing that supposed to believe that he will get money back ever it takes time… Rest all are just dramas.
Trust yourself, invest time where you can make more money.. For expanse even the bad situation, I performed well, in one company I got double hike and in another company I got on-site opportunity within 8 month of joining date. It helps me to close debt asap.

I worked hard to get home loan and paying it on time but had a few important things to do and due to that I had a debt of few lakhs ! Now in a bad situation though if I get time I will be able to repay all of them. Lenders are not ready ...
Mention your total investments (Stocks, MFs, FDs, Cryptos, real-estate, gold etc) and your total net worth (investment assets' current value + hard cash + bank account balance) and also your age.
PS: Don't include paper money / ESOPs ...
