I am looking for Advice about switching jobs

I am a Java Spring boot developer although i have learnt alot but i dint feel confident going out. I would like to know if someone could hive me thoughts on how to be s better java developer i feel i know very less , just being honest going sometime would really give some great advice

You can take advice from a good mentor or a senior to have an idea about how good you are.

And based on that you have to keep trying to switch to find out how ready you are to switch.

And please ignore the notice period constraint which may result in less calls.

Evaluate how you are performing in the interview and not how many calls are you getting.
