I have loans of 5 lakhs, should I resign and get new job in new location ?

Currently I'm working from home and planning to move to bangalore for a new job with 40% hike. Even my wife is also needs to search for a new job but she has only completed 3 months in present company. Should I put papers and move to bangalore with high risk or shall I wait for another 6 months?
