I joined Bosch with 7lpa as senior engineer group 6 with 2 years of relevant experience as external in Bosch. Is it fair compensation?

I have got fte from bosch as well as thales. Interned at Thales under cloud ops and getting mobility engineer role at bosch. Pls suggest which one I should choose
