How long should I keep working at toxic environment where I'm being scolded even when I'm doing best. It's affecting my productivity now.

Everyone will have one or the other type of issues, you have to see whether u can tolerate the toxic environment and get another job or if it's too suffocating and you feel like i should get out of here first and breathe and look for a job .

DO NOT QUIT WITHOUT ANOTHER ONE IN HAND

The mental agony you are facing now will be nothing compared to when you are "actively looking" especially if you have a family. It requires a tremendous mental strength to pull yourself together.

Be outwardly humble and ask for feedback. Should reduce the scolding.
