Daily spend 1-2 hour just applying, apply everywhere, linkedIn, Naukri, direct through website career portals, and a few other job portals too. In the last month, start applying even in smaller organisations-startup kinds. With just 11 months experience, it may be a bit difficult, but new year new quarter may have some newer set of openings, so I think there will be good number of chances for next few months. Good Luck 👍

Go to talent500 website, apply there too. You may not have heard of that website, but they do recruitment for newly opened MNCs setting up foot in India, so if you find any suitable opening there, you will get interview schedule easily and you will clear it easily too.

Dont rely just on naukri and linkedin Use everything-> instahyre, indeed, foundit, wellfound etc Ask HRs(who might have rejected you) to share your profile in their circle. Target referrals from those who were in your college earlier. Stay patient and work on upskilling.
