I want career advice. Help me guys 🙂
I am persuing BCA from Amity University Rajasthan, currently in 5th semester.
I just got placed, the role is Technical Executive, CTC - 4.2 LPA, where i need to manage the LMS portal and make it more engaging and creative etc as the company is not any IT company, it is a education platform.
But i always wanted to get placed in a Development role that can be Flutter Developer or MERN Stack Developer because i always worked on these skills only and i love to do the development work i never get tired of this work. But i couldn't crack any development job idk how i think my luck sucks.
Now can we guys please give me some guidance and motivation that what should i do?? Should i accept this offer and switch after 1 year? (as I need to sign 1 year bond for it) in Development role while improving my skills in this 1 year. Or i should reject it and go for another company??
If you enjoy development and are committed to improving your skills, accepting the offer for a year could provide valuable experience. You can use this time to strengthen your development expertise, and then transition into a development role. You should keep applying to development positions while gaining experience.
