I am not happy with my job in TCS. My current CTC is in TCS -: 6 LPA and I got an offer from infosys of 11.3 LPA

11.3/15= around 75k in hand

Didn't you received your offer letter? Check on offer letter there you can find the exact details how much will be your in hand and how much will be deducted
67,800 to 69K ( Your take home - Including all taxes and deductions )
30% variable pay..u will get 70-75k per month
You'll get around 70K.. 66-67K after taxes (till March'25 of course)

I'm about to get an offer from infosys soon, they offered me 8.5 Lpa which includes 90% fixed and 10% variable. My question is how much I can expect monthly inhand after all deductions. If someone knows pls help me out.
I have experience of 3 yrs in tcs Current ctc is 6.55LPA How much ctc could I expect from infosys Bcoz i got a interview call today from infosys I am expecting around 12.5 LPA
