It is very important to obtain your experience letter from IBM as it is one of the crucial documents. some companies ask for relieving letters only, but you should collect your experience letter as well. Employees at IBM I think get experience letters either a few weeks after the last working day or a month after the last working day. As for the full and final settlement woh bhi you get after you’ve served the notice period in the company.
Hello! I was not sure when I would get my IBM experience letter after leaving the company and I was also in a similar situation like you.
