IBM offer rejection
I couldn't join IBM in March 2024 due to some personal issues at that time. I was not able to relocate.
Now, when I apply to jobs in IBM, it is getting rejected. Is my previous rejection the reason?

Fake posting probably. I got to know from a friend that some HRs who don't do their job properly do this to meet their monthly performance requirements by posting a fake opening, collecting openings and closing it saying no suitable candidate found.
Not sure how true that is, but if it is, that's they definitely deserve a front seat on their ride to hell

Rejected means in interview?
No.. I accepted the offer and was about to join. But unfortunately my mother's health was in a critical condition and I couldn't join IBM at that time since I got the offer for a different location.
