Worst experience with IBM.
After all rounds cleared successfully during HR discussion for offer she told they can't offer more than my current. If that was the case why can't they inform initially before taking interview.
IBM is still a dream company for many. The idea should be to achieve joining in the company and spend some time without expecting any extraordinary financial gains and then when time comes move to a different company vacating your place in IBM for someone else’s dream to fulfil.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Waiting for another dream company now ! More than me if toxic people who are here for more than decades can make this myth of IBM as a dream company true !
Things may change after hashicorp acquisition.
You can also try to look for and apply for IJP if you find something suitable.
If you are absolutely certain that anything from the above is not gonna change the growth you want then you have to look outside IBM.
Yes that’s what most of the people suggested I even didn’t get appraisal and bonus
In most IT services companies, employees are often required to work beyond their skillset. To find suitable Internal Job Posting (IJP) opportunities that align with your expertise, you should actively seek them out. However, securing an IJP can be challenging if you lack recent work experience in the desired field. Therefore, it is essential to prepare for external opportunities as well.
Same. There's literally no growth here. If you learn by yourself then something will happen or forget about it.
