Thanks, I am about to join IBM, is work life balance good ? and what are the process on prehire onboarding? I got the mail to do some tasks but unable to access prehire portal! Is there any option to select laptop which brand and configuration we will use?

Work life balance is awesome. Yes, on the prehire portal, you will be given a choice to select laptop. But I think your manager's approval matters there. Reach out to the HR if portal is not working or drop a mail

I haven't joined yet. Will be join on August. You can drop an email which documents are required while onboarding. They will reply you back. May be laptop selection will be done while onboarding or after that

Onsite opportunities milta hai? And how is work life balance? Should I join over CTS and Accenture? Almost same package from all , but from IBM it looks pretty good

The on-site opportunity depends upon the project itself. If you're working good enough, and your impression is good with your senior project managers, you can ask them to consider for on site. The work life balance also depends upon the project itself. The project which I worked upon had a chill vibe. But some projects have some micro management issues. Basically, it's 50-50 in each company.

Overall i will rate Ibm as a very good company as because you are free to do as much as certification possible, and Ibm will pay your rewards for completing certification as well.

IBM is a brand name, and it reflects when you switch to other companies.

Both companies are great and known for their good packages and learning. Choosing either of the company depends on various factors.

You need to consider which company would be nearby to your living area so that you can reduce your travel expense .

Second thing you should check whether the technology In which currently are working has more project in which of the companies? for example, if you are a guy who is working in a salesforce domain or cloud or Java,You might prefer Ibm over EY.  But if your domain is more analytical like business analyst , data analyst then you should go with EY.
