Ideal package for QA with 9 Yrs

Hi Folks,

I have 9 Yrs experience as QA .I m currently working as Team lead and getting 20LPA. My current skill set : Functional, Salesforce QA with good amount of exposure to Automation (Selenium) .Is my current package good as per current market standards. If not what’s the ideal package and which orgs are offering in Hyderabad ?
