Idiots prevail; even thrive; m2p fintech!
One visit by the PM to their stall in GFF and our man thinks reaching out to founder is a lazy trait.
The reason people reach out to founders mostly after applying at the company’s job board and the hiring manager is because there is no proper response given to candidates. People presume the founder to be more responsive and hands on.
Maybe here we have to presume the founder wants to judge and belittle candidates because he is the reincarnation of god sent to fix this world and can’t get distracted with pesty little messages from aspiring candidates.
But then does all of this really matter. Idiots will prevail and thrive.
Kind of surprising to hear this from a Founder, I've rather heard most founders say they appreciate when people reach out because it opens up the possibility for them to hire good high intent talent and make space or roles for them quickly if they're a good fit. Most times in start-ups, founders have the first line visibility of who and what role they're gonna hire for even before it hits the job board, and makes it easier to close opps without having to sacrifice a lot of time to build a pipeline of talent
Arrogance.
Har din ek plague zinda ho ja raha. Its beyond control now.
Prick…who anyways wants to work in m2p fintech.
