If the data is processed on local devices or Apple servers then it's okay.
Otherwise one of the reasons to go for iPhones which is enhanced security is gone for good.

Ad accounts arbitrarily stopped can disrupt cashflows in a major way. I'm seeing a lot of startups struggle with frequent algo/rule changes and blocked accounts.
