If you switch from a product based company to WITCH, do they match your salary?

Let’s say someone with 3 yoe and a salary of 20+ LPA switches to a WITCH company. Would they match the old salary or offer a lower salary?

The reason I ask is because WITCH would not offer that kind of salary to an existing employee, wondering if external hires from good firms can get paid decently.
