Indian Job Market

Hi folks, I have been working as a Data engineer for 1 year and 3 months and looking for new opportunity since last 2 months still have not scheduled a single interview or call back , for most of the opportunities they are either asking for 3+ years of experience . Just curious if the market is ever going to be easy on people like me or is there any specific time of the year when the recruiting starts for people at the very early stage of their career.
