Such a shame. Almost all the Indigo flights I have taken in last couple of months have been late. New benchmark of Indigo standard time now 🤮
Worst part is - no one seem to care and airlines always blindly say ‘delayed due to operational reasons’. I doubt if the central authority has any check on on time performance and inconvenience to the passengers
And that stuck in bus, hot and suffocated, for 20 minutes before boarding
They have a duopoly in the air with Tata. They can pretty much do whatever the f they want now.

It's time to speak up against these airlines playing the monopoly card (because there's not much else we can do other than speak up).
How can they deceive people and not even provide accomodation to them for the night if they aren't fly...
Spend around 10k on flights, 10k on dining out+swiggy, utility bills around 5k, shopping around 10k. Good credit card recos. I would love to get flight redemption points.
