INR 180K per annum?

I came across a company founder on LinkedIn who posted a job 'Digital Marketing Manager', when I clicked on it to read jd, salary details; it had a set of questions, amongst which that blew my mind was "Are you ready to work for Rs. 15,000 per month?" A Digital Marketing Manager, is not an intern doing a job, they are responsible for building a brand, eventually leading to sales and revenue. What do y'all think, is it appropriate or something outrightly ridiculous! Also if there are Marketing managers out here, would love to know your perspective as well on this.

The founder is quite forthright on his budget. In fact he/she is asking, ‘Are you ready’ Jiska jitna budget, uske hisaab se bolega. If people think thats way too less money, they wont apply.
Problem kya hai 😝

Hahaha! Interesting pov.
From my pov, the problem is that the salary is not worth (also not worth as per the industry standards) considering the amount of work the manager has with that role. At the end, Time is Money, the Manager is upscaling the brand, putting in their hours for work only to get below industry standards salary. Feel sad for those who are so-called 'ready' to take up this fulltime job.
