Is it justified for a company to make an intern go through 3 rounds of interview again for full-time conversion, after 4 months of internship period?
These days people get internship in there second year of college and continue as an intern for 2 years. Companies don't allow them a full time position citing college regulations. I think this is unfair to candidates as they do full time...
