Hey, anybody knows how the interview process looks like. What to expect. Recieved an invite for phone screen on glider.ai
There are total 5 rounds.
First is screening, you’ll be asked about your past experiences and some JS related questions. This round will be of 30-45 mins.
If you clear this, you’ll be given a craft demo assignment which will be take home. Once you complete and share it via email your craft demo round will be scheduled which is the second round.
You’ll be asked about the assignment you did and what improvements you can do over it. Also if time permits some JS related questions.
Third is React + JS round. You’ll be asked about how things work in React and JavaScript.
Forth is Problem solving. You’ll be asked to solve a DS problem. Difficulty can be leetcode medium.
Last round is HM Round. Behavioural questions mostly. Sometime technical.

Last time I gave my first round they said they had hiring freeze and now not replying to emails. I thought they were best in the market. 🥲
