Investment ideas for newbie

So I started working full time for 10/2022 but I had some family responsibility so I just focused on saving as much cash as I could, now that that work is done (still have to pay some money back to people) I want to start investment at least 10k per month

Can someone please guide me where to start.

Why is that? I'm looking for long term!

Long term is a safety margin created by these mutual fund managers and media news peddlers. If they recommend a stock and the stock tanks people will question their knowledge. So the say "long term". " buy it with a horizon of 3 to 5 years". etc.. Since 2020, the ZIRP money has flooded the economy to such level, that the market has gone up but the actual real economy has not moved that much. The ground level inflation is far higher than what these government reports. If you think am wrong, compare the price of items at the restaurant from 2020 mar to now.
Real economy has to catch with the financial market economy. Or the financial market economy needs to slow down to match the real economy.
