Is anyone even hiring freshers? Or just want Interns!?

Na, seriously have this question. Is anyone hiring freshers in non tech - Product/Growth/Business, can see some tech hirings but none for this!

It's either 1-3Years or 6Months intern, I understand this domain doesn't really have a portfolio basis candidature and can't trust someone with full built without initial working times.

But everyone can't do a 6Months on-site intern, there are few downsides

What if, it's a gimmick? Company has no desire to hire full-time employees, just everything via interns and founding members.

Every college doesn't allow for last semester interns, and stipend most of the time isn't even enough to support basic lifestyle in metropolitans!

The JD doesn't match the actual work, most work is rhetorical mostly around filling spreadsheets, scaraficing on campus placements ain't worth of it.

I can understand the requirements of 6M month interns for small and early stage startups, they mostly don't forecast their requirements in 6Month advance but what about corporates?

Why corporate ain't offering freshers role? They have a set parameters for their new workforce, if they can do that in tech, why not here?

Just frustrated with all this, everyone doesn't want to code but scenarios like this make them question life choices and induce guilt and regret!
