Is getting into ISB hard ?

Hey folks, have been thinking if MBA is what I should do next. I'm keen on cracking ISB.

What is the GMAT score I should aim to get and in general what does it take to get into ISB ?

80 percentile really? Might be true for STs, but even SC can't make it at that percentile, leave OBC which has at 99.xx

My known is getting 75 lacs post mba from isb last year. Was in a pf job in state govt for 6 years. No quota as it is a private college. I dont know how easy or hard it is but one thing is for sure - once you get in, there is a hell of a competition from highly skilled folks.

If you are engineer male, yes, but not as hard as getting into BLACKI. Also, focus more on differentiating your profile, rather than just your GMAT score. If you are female non engineer, you carry trump card, bas form bhar lo ho jayega- sub standard, below standard, any standard. I have seen female non engineers with sub par profiles and 650 gmat score. ISB is just how you spin it.
