Seeking tax advice for 80 LPA income

Microsoft now hires from tier 2&3 colleges in bulk. Is the compensation at par with software dev roles at other firms? Also what is the growth there?
Doesn't matter what college they hire from, their hiring standards are inexistent . The peers you'll get their are as dumb as a rock. They don't take interviews they dont take OAs, just give a mcq round and cross your fingers
you forgot about being a girl
Damm, I thought getting into Microsoft was really difficult. Microsoft has blacklisted our college
Why does it matter where they hire from?
Do they pay same salary to everyone? In almost all good companies you will see folks from tier- 1/2/3 colleges but campus hire from tier-1 colleges are paid more than tier-2/3
Simply, "No" . unless you wanna peace out early in your career with lavish office (which you'll get desensitised from in a week)
