One of the founding members is M.I.A. for the last 2 months and there is absolutely 0 communication on this from the founders side. So much for transparency. So many people have already left and everyone who is currently working is also talking about leaving soon. Is this the end of FamPay.

I don’t think this is the whole truth. The guy is on a sabbatical and this is very normal in the industry that people go on such breaks in 3-4 years. I have heard that a lot of people are leaving fam but don’t know the real story as they are hiring too for a lot of roles.

Fampay story is over. Most probably, they have go for a distressed sale through share swap. Let's wait and watch.

The team, product, leadership, everything was comically chaotic and no one knew what they were really doing.
I am surprised they are still up and running.
The fampay / famapp founders have been fighting since a few months with one of them who was anyway on a year long sabbatical a year back on his way out. not surprising because they both didnt seem like to be aligned on most things anyway...
Quite curious about this once well funded startup., backed by sequoia , elevation and all.
They recently launched Namaspay for foreigners.
They should still have millions of $$$ and can pivot if needed.
