Is the new Rajnikant film about Byju’s Scam?

I watched the new Rajnikant film Vettaiyan which has Amitabh, Fahad Fasil and Rana Daggubati.

The similarities

1. Rana Daggubati is a very ruthless and ambitious edtech founder named Natarajan and his Ed tech company is called ‘Nat academy’
2. He is showing doing a live class in a stadium
3. The sales team is shown misselling and deliberately avoiding refund calls from parents
4. Nataraj innovates business model to sell sub standard tablets with content through expensive bank loans
5. Sales folks are shown eerily doing the same sales pitch as byju sales folks

Ofcourse the scam is exxaegrated to fit audience sensibilities, but most scenes of Rana and his nat academy are eerily close to the stories reported about byjus!
