Is there a crash course for Google sheets supremacy?

Need to learn how to do pivot tables, querying data , automation and most useful formulae and functions.

Not from a data bg, mostly noob in Excel. YT recs would be great.

Also curious about time investment required in learning basics of data science simply to upskill a little and apply in work.
