ITR stuck on refund awaited

Hi everyone just wanted to know how long it takes to get ITR return. I have filled my ITR for the first time and it is already processed but for some reason it is stuck on Refund Awaited since 25-August is there anything I can do? Does it usually take this much of time?

There is a contact us when you login to website. You can try. There is no deadline to receive refunds. But beyond a time you get interest if there is a delay. I don't recollect the time. Today is 19 Sep. May be you should be patient for some more time.

I have a CA in my team who deals with taxations. For one of the clients too, the ITR is processed but still the refund isn't complete yet. It's been 2 weeks for him.

It should not take that much time I got my refund 1-2 day after it showed that itr has processed successfully

How much was your refund amount, I don't think much.

It's less than 1000₹

Check if you received one email from them saying
Response to confirm/Revise claim of refund
If yes respond to it through the portal

That's not applicable once ITR is processed.

Worst case 60 -70 days..but they will pay interest for any delays I guess
