Java springboot or Golang for Node devs

Hi guys, I am currently working in a SAAS startup as a backend Engineer. Tech stack: MERN, AWS, little bit of GenAI now.

I know most big companies use Java springboot for their backend, so I'm thinking to learn it is I want to switch later. Or should I go for golang as it's becoming very hot in recent times. Or should I continue with NodeJS? Let me know your suggestion.

I have worked on little front end development as well.

So which one I should go for? I'm happy with MERN as of now.

Master Java and have basic understanding of golang in case there is a contribution required for a small golang project if any
