Jio Platform - Product Manager

Got an offer from Jio Platform? Seems like they are building good team..bringing folks from Apple etc. Is it worth joining? Anyone having first hand experience?

Here's my 2 cents on the matter. Didn't work at jio platforms but worked with them as recently as March 2022. Culture is always bad with anything related to Reliance. People work more to save their ass and have someone to blame shit on if things go south and not to actually build anything.

Not sure if they're trying to actively change that.

Steer clear from anything remotely owned by Reliance. Some children companies might pay you well, but not worth the burnout that comes with it.

Absolute shit culture and almost zero WLB.

If you accepted their offer, I feel bad for you son; I got 99 problems but Reliance ain't one :)
