I have an opportunity for mid level manager position at graphy in a non-tech role. Do you think it's worth joining the company considering their past.

Graphy is currently going through hire cycle. Won’t be long before the fire cycle comes in (my guess is September) and majority of the hired folks would be looking for a job again. Go elsewhere if you want a stable position and time to prove yourself.
