POSITION: Software Engineer COMPANY : TechMahindra EXPERIENCE: 3 yrs LOCATION:Hyderabad / Remote

Project Details: Managing user access and monitoring system performance Coordinate with various groups and perform and perform troubleshoot on all production problems and provide resolution. Collaborate with networking department and install necessary hardware to systems. Coordinate with management and evaluate conduct capacity for system. Monitoring and escalating events related to servers and network devices. Event monitoring on 1001 BMC impact Explorer version 7.4 ,BMC Truesight Monitoring tool. Manual report generation on pending alerts and coordinating with all the infra teams to resolve the issues related to pending alerts. Coordination with respective teams on their scheduled activity of their servers to disable the alerts in tool. L2 troubleshoot like checking CPU, Memory Disk/Filesystem, Service/Process down alerts. Ticket creation of P1/P2 issues and assigning to respective team and provide 24/7 support Excellent understanding of project issues, ability to work independently or as part of a team.
