Is there any mobile reimbursement policy, hybrid wellness policy in Deloitte India? Just like Deloitte USI.
I have two offers EY india (Data Science Consultant) and Deloitte USI (ML/AI Engineer Analyst level). Need help in decision making which would be better for future career perspective, growth, learning and hopefully in abroad job search.
Has Deloitte stopped offering relocation reimbursements and joining bonuses, I'm negotiating with them but they aren't budging on both these points.
Any leads are appreciated on this topic.
I have already submitted pre-hire documents as asked by CRM on 6th Sept. I received no reply from HR yet. How many days do I need to wait? Can Deloitte reject my profile at this stage?
