KPMG offer letter

Simply check with the person who called/emailed you. Sometimes there are real reasons. For example, when I was hired, I asked for more salary than they were ready to pay. They needed more approval. After that the HR recruiting me went on leaves. So a lot of things happened and I got my letter after almost a month of final discussion. I kept checking with them saying that I need to put down my papers in current company and wouldn't do it without their offer letter. So if they want me to join sooner please hurry up my process.

Same happended with me.

Initially Hiring HR told me that it is waiting for some BU approval kind of stuff which was pending. Basically they were trying to find alternative candidates in that mean time who will be able join asap.

After 2 weeks when there is no response, I share my latest EY offer (received in that time) which was above 2L of their quotation.

After that I was never been contacted by that HR. No reply, no call pick up.

If KPMG see that candidates have competitive offers from EY or Deloitte, they just ignore those candidates.
