Laid off, what next?

Over the past two decades I have seen lay offs manifesting in various ways but the recent trend of sudden layoffs and declining empathy is disturbing.

While the decline could have its own reasons one of the best ways to deal with such curve balls is being prepared. Have a multi-purpose toolkit.

This could possibly be a break from a monotonous life and a welcome change to go after what matters. To innovate and to stop suffering or struggling.

I’m coaching the ‘how’ of building a tool kit based on natural human talents, experience could lead you onto a new path. And maintain personal wellbeing (across 7 elements) to help professionals thrive in a post pandemic multiverse. Where purpose and winning mindset help go after your dreams.

How did you bounce back after being laid off?

I got laid off a few weeks ago and I'm in dire need of motivation.

Pls share your story about how you bounced back after being laid off. How long did it take for you to land a comparable position?

Thanks!
