Laidoff !!
I got laidoff recently, so far I've applied to almost 400 jobs on linkedin... only resume viewed and resume downloaded, nothing more then that.
After applying got almost 14-15 calls from different HRs but no next step. What could go wrong?

Gosh, so many things to improve here on Resume. Few things that come to mind -
- Education shouldn't be at top. You are experienced person now. Remove cgpa section, it isn't a good thing for you
- For you to have worked for 2 years, do you really have just 3 lines to talk about all the work you did?
When i see your resume, I see a person who isnt serious about getting a job. One who has half assed across 2yrs in his prev role.
If you can't figure out what you have worked on that others would want to hire you, you don't deserve another job.
More suggestions-
- Go through more people on linkedin / online and see what their resume looks like and the content they are putting up
- Your descriptions on role should include what you did, why you did and what impact it created
- Use chatgpt to refine this
On applying - the market is bad, it is difficult to get hired right now. Keep trying, try smaller companies, reach out to founders directly
Sorry but your resume sucks. No surprise you are not getting any calls. Please go through at least 5 YouTube videos on how to make resume better(just do a YouTube search to find top videos), note down all the common points and apply them all. And then start to apply to jobs with your updated resume.
Your expectation is too high. Your expectation should be your total YOE*3
Add the projects you have worked on
Difficult to get 50% hike in this market. Try 20%, secure a job offer first.
