A few people I know who were kind of underpaid weren't getting jobs because of the lack of skills which have been introduced in the past few years.
So they upskilled themselves and got more paying jobs.
On the other hand, some people I know who are having excellent skills but are struggling to get even the same package job which they were having, they are ready to get some pay cut but are still having a tough time.
